Plain outer packaging
Orders ship in a plain, matte mailer or box with a generic sender name and return address. There is no DuckDuo logo, no product photo, and no description of the contents anywhere on the outside.
Quiet inside
Inside, products are sealed and cushioned. The product name appears only on the device itself and its small printed insert — never on a loud exterior label.
Discreet billing
Your bank or card statement shows “DD Wellness” — never the product name or anything that reveals the category. We protect your privacy at billing too.
Addressing & delivery notes
Need it held at a pickup point, or addressed to a neutral name? Add a note at checkout or tell us via Contact and we'll accommodate where the carrier allows.
