Discreet shipping
Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with a generic return address. There is no product description, logo, or hint of the contents on the outside of the box. Inside, items are wrapped for both protection and privacy.
Delivery times
Most regions arrive within 7–14 business days. You'll receive tracking the moment your order is dispatched. Customs handling may add a few days depending on your country.
Free shipping threshold
Orders over $59 ship free worldwide. Below that, a flat, discreet shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
Returns
For hygiene and safety, we accept returns on unopened, sealed items within 30 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right — no awkward questions.
