Q: Are DuckDuo products body-safe?

Every skin-contact surface is medical-grade silicone — hypoallergenic and phthalate-free — with internal structures in food-grade ABS. Products meet CE, RoHS, FCC and FDA material standards, waterproof models are independently IPX5-tested, and material safety data sheets plus third-party SGS test reports are available on request.

Q: Can I return a product?

For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned. Unopened items within 30 days: contact sales@duckduo.com.

Q: Do you ship worldwide, and what does shipping cost?

Yes, worldwide and free with no minimum order. Orders leave our Dongguan facility within 3 business days and typically arrive in 7 to 15 business days. There is never a shipping line added at checkout, because shipping is already inside the price.

Q: Is there an online checkout?

No. There is no cart, no account and no card form on this site. You order one-to-one: send the device you want on WhatsApp or email, we confirm stock and payment details with you, then your parcel ships.

Q: What if my device arrives damaged or stops working?

Every order is covered for 14 days against faults. Send us a photo, tell us what happened, and we replace it or refund it — you do not need a receipt or a return authorization number.
