Do you ship worldwide, and what does shipping cost?
Yes, worldwide and free with no minimum order. Orders leave our Dongguan facility within 3 business days and typically arrive in 7 to 15 business days. There is never a shipping line added at checkout, because shipping is already inside the price.
Is there an online checkout?
No. There is no cart, no account and no card form on this site. You order one-to-one: send the device you want on WhatsApp or email, we confirm stock and payment details with you, then your parcel ships.
What if my device arrives damaged or stops working?
Every order is covered for 14 days against faults. Send us a photo, tell us what happened, and we replace it or refund it — you do not need a receipt or a return authorization number.
